Based in the Isle of Man, she specialises in corporate governance, licensing, and the operational management of regulated gaming entities across multiple jurisdictions.

Rachel acts as an approved director for Isle of Man licensed operators and provides senior oversight of B2B and B2C gaming structures. She works closely with regulators, government bodies, banks, payment service providers, and professional advisers, supporting clients through licensing applications, operational transitions, and ongoing regulatory compliance.

She has extensive experience managing complex client portfolios, chairing board meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory and governance requirements. Rachel also supports clients with banking, tax and VAT structuring, economic substance requirements, and regulatory reporting, helping to maintain robust and compliant operational frameworks.

Rachel holds a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and is recognised for her strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to deliver effective governance and compliance solutions in highly regulated environments.
