Based in the Isle of Man, he specialises in licensing, regulatory strategy and operational support for gaming operators across multiple regulated jurisdictions.

Mark has successfully supported numerous licence applications with leading regulators, including the Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Ontario, Malta and Romania, and is recognised for his strong regulatory relationships and practical, solutions-driven approach. He regularly works with regulators, legal advisers and government agencies, supporting clients through licensing, compliance and operational structuring.

He holds approved director and operations roles across several regulated entities and maintains a Personal Management Licence with the UK Gambling Commission. Mark also has extensive experience supporting cryptocurrency and blockchain-based gaming operators, alongside certifications with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA), data protection and blockchain.
