James is Head of Regulatory Compliance at Global Gaming Solutions, with extensive experience in eGaming regulatory compliance, licensing and operational governance across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Based in the Isle of Man, he specialises in AML/CFT compliance, regulatory strategy and the development of robust compliance frameworks for licensed gaming operators.

James acts as MLRO and AML/CFT Compliance Officer for clients regulated in the Isle of Man, United Kingdom and Ontario, and serves as a director for licensed B2B and B2C operators. He works closely with regulators, legal advisers and operational teams to ensure clients meet their regulatory obligations, maintain effective compliance monitoring programmes and implement strong governance structures.

He has extensive experience supporting licensing applications, regulatory reporting, policy development and compliance training, and plays a key role in advising clients on regulatory risk and operational compliance. James also supports strategic initiatives and legal reviews, helping clients establish and maintain compliant, regulator-ready operations.

James holds a First Class LLB (Hons) in Law with Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and is known for his analytical, solutions-focused approach and strong understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks within the global eGaming sector.
